As a commercial property agent I will often hear “which is the best website to search for commercial properties? We have looked on Rightmove but there aren’t many properties on there!”
Whilst the likes of Rightmove and Zoopla advertise most of the residential properties on the market in the country, they are not the current leaders in the commercial sector. Currently, EGPropertylink is regarded by most commercial agents as the best website for listing and finding commercial properties for sale or rent, and most advertise with them.
However, having been the leader for many years, EGPropertylink will be shutting down at the end of this year, which leaves many commercial agents in a quandary as to who they should advertise with!
