The former Lloyds Bank located in Billericay High Street will become a new ‘Banking Hub’.
The building was purchased by a local developer after Lloyds decided to close it branch. They have redeveloped the property for mixed use providing 7 new apartments known as Rosebank House and a new commercial space, which will now operate as a Banking Hub.
Banking Hubs offer easy access to face-to-face cash and banking in the heart of communities across the UK. They are owned by Cash Access UK and operated by the Post Office.
